We may also receive basic technical information generated when you use the site, such as browser type and request logs maintained by our hosting provider.

We use submitted information to respond to your request, evaluate service-area and property fit, plan future service areas, prevent misuse and improve Mowmi’s service. We do not sell your personal information.

How information is shared

Information may be processed by vendors that help us host the website, maintain records or communicate with you. We may also disclose information when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect people, property or the service.

Retention and choices

We retain inquiries for as long as reasonably useful for neighbor support, operations and legal obligations. You may ask us to correct or delete your inquiry by emailing hello@getmowmi.com. Some records may be retained when required for legitimate legal or operational reasons.

Children

This website and its assessment form are intended for adults arranging property services. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children.
